Combi Single Stroller Review
This stroller is a steal at a price and comes with a traditional umbrella folding feature and a sleek aluminum framework. It comes with a cup holder for the parent, large basket, and canopy pocket for all the essentials.
The stroller flexes a lot when pushed, especially over rough surfaces. This can be a problem when you are a parent who is on the move and need to use your stroller often.
Features
Combi strollers make it simpler and more enjoyable to take care of your children. They are light, simple to use, and attractive. These strollers also come with a variety of safety features, including 3-point and 5 point harnesses, reversible handles, large canopy and adjustable suspension. Some models also come with cups for parents and a large basket.
The Cosmo is the Combi's top stroller, and it can also accommodate car seats. It didn't fare very well in the stroller and car seat compatibility tests however. The other models of the company, the Flare, and the Shuttle have received higher ratings online.
This stroller's easy-to-fold feature is among its most impressive features. It folds in just three steps and it doesn't require you to bend over. It is also easy to maneuver and can be used in different terrains. It comes with a large umbrella that shields your child from harsh weather conditions such as sun and wind.
It is also extremely sturdy, thanks to an extremely sturdy steel frame. The wheels are constructed of a special material that absorbs bumps and shocks from the road. The 53cm high seat keeps your child off the ground and prevents contact with dirt or allergens. The Combi stroller also comes with a parent cupholder and an enormous storage basket.
The Cosmo did well in the manoeuvrability and stability tests however, it did not perform in head-tohead competitions with top performers like the Cougar 2. In the sideways tipping test it performed well with scores of 33 degrees, but was not close enough to the best scores in this metric. The front-lock swivel wheels and suspension contribute to its good score in this test. The brake pedal that is single-step locks the rear wheels. This is useful for tight spaces, and enhances the ability to maneuver. It's available in a range of colors and can be bought at most department stores, baby chain stores and independent baby shops.
Design
The initial look of this stroller is nice and its unique folding mechanism is fascinating, but that's about it. In tests, it did not perform like its competitors and offered very little in return. It can only fit one car seat, which means it's not a great option for twins. The padding is also not sufficient to ensure a comfortable ride. It's heavy and difficult to maneuver, and even though it has storage, it's a bit tinny and difficult to access.
The frame of the Combi Twin Cosmo has many parts and connection points, making it appear less expensive than its competitors who have frames with fewer pieces that are welded, instead of riveted. It also has a bizarre appearance when it's folded as the backs of the seats do not sit flat against the frame. It has a decent capacity for weight and is easier to fit into a trunk than some of its competitors, however the size might cause issues with public transportation as it's likely not going to fit on any rules for 2'X4' that apply in the area.
The Combi Twin Cosmo scored well in our maneuverability tests despite its size and bulk. It took just 25 pounds to tip the Combi Twin Cosmo backwards which is better than the majority of competitors. However, it isn't the top performer in this metric: the Chariot Cougar 2
It has excellent front wheel suspension, and its wide rear wheels are lockable to increase mobility. The brake pedal that locks and unlocks the rear wheels at the same time which is ideal for parking in tight spots. Storage space is offered by a cup holder and a large basket, but it is not as large as other products.

There is a small storage pocket on the back of the canopy but it's too low to be useful for larger items such as diaper bags or groceries. Two cup holders are provided but they're too close to each other to be useful when sharing drinks. The canopy provides decent sun protection with a three panels of sunshade, which block over 99 percent of UV radiation.
Comfort
Strollers are designed to let children sit comfortably and upright position. This stroller features an adjustable seat that has a huge canopy that extends to the rear of the seats. There is also a cup for the parent holder and extra storage in the canopy. The stroller also features a telescoping handlebar to facilitate moving and can be parked easily in narrow spaces.
This stroller scored high in our quality measure, however it didn't stand out in the other categories. It had the most flexible frame when pushed and its connections are made of plastic instead of a softer product like other strollers. There was lots of movement within the wheels and this might make it difficult to use on uneven surfaces.
It is a good vehicle for maneuvering, however this is tempered by its weight and size. It required more force to push it, and this could be a challenge for parents with smaller children to do on a regular basis. It is easy to maneuver through narrow aisles and doors however, it might be difficult to fit into an elevator with a lot of people.
The storage under the seat is quite small and this was a disappointment for testers. The storage area was difficult to access, and there is an obstruction that blocks larger items from fitting. Even the standard size of a purse could not fit into this space. A diaper bag that contained two children's items did not fit. compact single stroller inside the canopy are a nice addition but they're not enough to compensate for this shoddy under-seat storage space.
The unique carry strap and fold make it a great option for transporting passengers to and from public transportation, however the size of the stroller can make it difficult to get on and off crowded buses and trains without causing injury to innocent bystanders. This stroller is ideal to commuters who can easily transport it in their car. It is lightweight enough to be carried and down escalators, but will need to be folded should you want to take it on a train or bus.
Safety
The Combi Fold N Go stroller comes with convenient features and a compact, lightweight design. It comes with a reclining seat with soft harness pads for your baby's comfort and safety as well as a large canopy to block the sun and extra storage space. Its dual front wheel suspension as well as locking front swivel wheels ensure a smooth ride while allowing air to flow freely into and out of the seating space. A cup holder for the parent and a large basket offer additional storage for essentials and the stroller's handrail can be adjusted in height to suit your personal preference.
This stroller received a very high score in our tests of ease of use. The CR testers were impressed that the stroller folds down in just three steps without having to bend over, it is lightweight and narrow enough to fit through doorways and features a simple-to-use locking brake system. The stroller has narrow leg openings that prevent infants from sliding through. It is also easy to navigate. All of these elements are crucial when choosing a stroller. However, it's equally important that the child can be secured safely in the car seat. That's why you should choose a stroller that can be folded, unfolded and then parked with the car seat attached without the need for complicated steps or tools.
Always remember to fasten the child's safety harness and close the gap between the seat back and the grab bar once the stroller is in the reclined position. This will stop your toddler from climbing up and becoming a strangulation or a fall risk. Also, be sure to keep diaper bags or purses away from the handles of your stroller to avoid entanglement and reduce the risk of the bag tipping over. Also, it is essential to register your new stroller with the manufacturer, to be informed of any recalls.
A combi single stroller is a great option for parents planning to travel or run around with their infant or toddler. It is compact and light when folded, so it can be easily stored in your trunk or a closet until you have to take it out again. It can be carried in a hand if you are trying to get from A to B.
